1. Use the order reference to identify your order. Provide us with the reference of the order(s) you wish to return. We will send you a returns form. 2. Prepare your return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned items. We aim to refund the amount by the same means that the order was paid for. If this is not possible, we will then make a bank transfer.
